Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
Returns may be requested through our website. If you need assistance, please contact support@zuvokids.com.
Once approved, returns must be shipped within 3 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may not be accepted.
The return window begins upon delivery, not the order date.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A flat return fee of $5.99 will apply and may be deducted from your refund.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
